Returns / Defects
ReturnsUnfortunately I am unable to offer returns / refunds, except where items are defective (for example errors in printing). These items are produced on demand by Gelato so I do not hold any stock and Gelato do not offer returns / refunds.
Defective ordersIf you have received a defective order, get in touch within 15 days after receipt and Gelato (the company who produce and fulfill the items) will investigate.
Please describe the quality issue in question and attach a photo showing the defect.
If your claim is validated by Gelato's quality assurance team, a reprint will be sent as quickly as possible.
