Unfortunately I am unable to offer returns / refunds, except where items are defective (for example errors in printing). These items are produced on demand by Gelato so I do not hold any stock and Gelato do not offer returns / refunds.Defective orders
If you have received a defective order, get in touch within 15 days after receipt and Gelato (the company who produce and fulfill the items) will investigate.Please describe the quality issue in question and attach a photo showing the defect.
If your claim is validated by Gelato's quality assurance team, a reprint will be sent as quickly as possible.
